Shipping and Returns
- Product returns are accepted within (3) days only if the product is defective or does not conform to the specifications on the invoice. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- Exchanges are accepted within (3) days of the customer receiving the order. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to the factory and the shipping cost of the replacement product.
- The product must be in its original condition with all packaging and must not have been used.
- The product will be inspected by the relevant department to ensure compliance with technical specifications and to verify all its components before accepting or rejecting the exchange or return.
- The factory reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return request if the terms of the policy are not met.
- The company is not obligated to impose exchanges or returns; this is the responsibility of the supplier for imported products.
- Customers are not entitled to return or exchange special orders or products manufactured according to their specifications.
- In the event of any refund, the amount will be transferred to the account from which the payment was made within a maximum of (7) business days.
- If payment was made by Visa or Mastercard, (2.5%) will be deducted from the refund amount to cover bank transaction fees.
- Products cannot be returned if (7) days have passed since the date of receipt of the initial payment for the imported products price quote.

Product deliveries are made during factory working hours, and delivery times are determined based on order delivery schedules.
The factory is responsible for deliveries within Jeddah city limits only.
- Deliveries are limited to the ground floor only.
